MIKE 11 Hotfix 26-08-2008

This hot-fix is required If hot-starting from an old res11 file with non-zero values for lateral inflow from an unspecified source (i.e. not SHE, MIKE 21 etc.) and for stand-alone RR-models using hotstart as initial conditions.
